Feeling Excited!

January 18th was sunny and warm. And pretty inspirational!

We just got done playing with our new friend Ethan. I have to be honest with you, it was pretty amazing! Can't wait till sharing our new music with all of you guys!

We are getting ready for a show coming up in Harrisburg, PA in February. We are going to take a part  in 16th Annual Millennium Music Conference. We are so excited about participating in all those cool panels, and also playing at Gullifty's Underground Club within David Ivory's Showcase on Friday, February 17th.

We are working on getting Bubble Gum finished and it's release. Remember if you like the song, and would like to have it, we are sending it to every person on our email list before it will be available on iTunes. Sneak Peek : A Photo Shoot for Cover of Bubble Gum!!

This was so exciting!!!! I could not stop smiling all the time!!! It was so much fun!

So yesterday was our photo shoot for the cover of our new single!

First our friend and amazing stylist Jen Eberwein of Chrismon Hair Studio in Philly did our hair. She sprinkled some magic over my hair and created this 60s inspired romantic hairstyle that instantly created mood for the photo shoot! Dan was spotted rocking out a new hairdo as well, looking pretty hot.

The studio was awesome! Our photographer John L Langsford III was so professional and inspirational. He brilliantly directed the shoot. We took some portfolio pictures and pictures we are going to use for the cover. It is all about bright colors and feeling happy and amused! I think the cover will look delicious. A little hint: it will include a Bubble Gum tree!!!!!!!!!

Ah! The Show Was Great!!

North Star Bar was under Glen Landing rock attac last night!!!  Chuck Treece was on FIRE! Dan and me were enjoying it very much too!

It was such a precious feeling of thankfulness to ALL OUR FRIENDS that came out and supported up!!! It was awesome to see everybody talking and hanging out. Special attention to our FIRST FAN EVER!!! Jeff Norr!!!! Thank you for coming!!!!

During the set the best was to hear people clapping and showing us they like it!!! And of course our friend Billy Gale of Burnt Sienna bringing us some beverages to fulfill our thirsty wishes!!!

Uff! The show was delicious!!!!

Check out my shoes!!! VANS baby! They totally rock!!! They just make me jump around and the pink stockings are fluffing up  the whole look!!! LOL!

Show tomorrow @NorthStarBar Philly

So what's up all,   Dan here letting u know that we have a show tomorrow in Philly at The North Star Bar Tuesday Jan 10th.  We have been practicing hard and are going to have a killer show.  Chuck Treece is playing drums for us tomorrow, so whenever Chuck comes out he always kills it. 

Also playing is a SynthPop band She Came Crashing.  We are excited to play with them cause then ill be dancing up a storm. 
If u haven't seen my dance moves then another reason to come out to the show. 

I have been editing some video footage for our upcoming short video campaign documenting the whole process of making a song.  From writing to
recording and all inbetween.

What's up People?!

Hope you had SMASHING holidays!!

Well, today is Russian Christmas Eve.... In Russian it is called Sochelnyk. It is like this due to the 13-day difference between the newer Gregorian, and older Julian Calendars.

Merry Russia Christmas!!!!

We were celebrating it by having our FIRST video shoot of the series "Behind the Bubble Gum" that will take you though our adventure of composing, writing, recording, and releasing of our new single Bubble Gum!

Our location was pretty cool: on the bank of river Delaware, standing on South Jersey soil and overlooking Philadelphia!! Yeah , i am pointing right at the skyline of the city!!

Oh hi, Tiny Philly!!

 Dan was taking a role of a videographer!! He loves his new camera and it does amazing things i have to say... He takes very cereal and i can not horse around with that thing in my hand!! LOL!

 Dan taking some footage of a plane flying right along the river, it is very cool. The Philadelphia airport is to the lest, and you can watch planes one by one landing and taking off.... Somewhere somebody is going on a lovely amazing adventure...

So CEREAL :]

 This place is very nice and interesting. The River is huge, and have waves like a small sea...

Teamwork Means Success

   Hello to all in this beautiful world!  Its Dan here reporting Glen Landing's first blog post of the new year.  And also this would be my first ever.  Anna has been doing an amazing job  figuring out all of these cool ways and outlets to help us spread the word of our little band.  When i mean little I mean its only me and Anna.  I was told that I could write whatever i want so here we go.  My first rant is going to be about Teamwork.

   Sometimes its difficult in a once fully artistic setting of writing and jamming songs to start mixing in business principles that artist don't really respond to.  Most people in bands traditionally are artists, but with the oh so changing entertainment industry  forces us to wear hats we usually would not.  I wouldn't wear this hat Anna has on for example.  With all the social media outlets for a band to engulf themselves, it seems that if your not using these tools then you are just not using your brain properly.  I generally do not use mine properly, hence my first blog post, but that's part of the reason your reading this.  There is always a team behind success and I am proud to be on team ANNA!  In any team situation someone has to be willing to do the work and someone has to have a fully operational brain for it to work.  Plan and Strategie, Seek and Destroy that is our M.O. right now.  There is not a plan B.  

     We are hunkered down and making our plans now for this upcoming year and they are big plans, cause u know it is time for the invasion of Glen Landing.  We have come so far from the begining and we now  have the confidence from our peers that we have a marketable product.  We are in constant thought of asking questions like how can we, when should we, or who should we, and so on... 

   So with any successful business venture we need the help and guidance of all willing parties and at all times.  If you have any ideas of things that we should be doing or something we arn't doing right, please enlighten us with your information.  We are sponges that take it all in and appreciate the time and effort of all the people that help us out.  If have so much more to say....Stay tuned for more blog post by us Dan singer/guitarist/drums and Anna pianoandbass/singer.
